Frostforge

Frostforge is a Finnish power-metal force forged in ice and fire, delivering epic anthems of sisu, sacrifice, and unbreakable will.

Debut album Finnish Heroes (2025) honors the legendary stand of Finland during the Winter War, Continuation War, and Lapland War – from the frozen slaughter of Raate Road to the thunder of Tali-Ihantala, from the quiet courage of the Lotta women to mad-lads like the Terror of Morocco.

Axe of the Frozen Lake (2026) reaches back further into Finnish history, — 1155 AD and the ice of Köyliönjärvi, where a peasant named Lalli struck down Bishop Henry of Uppsala and became Finland’s first act of defiance. One man, one axe, one frozen lake. The legend was born before Finland even had a name.

Blending the historical depth of Sabaton with the northern majesty of Beast in Black and Battle Beast, Frostforge brings the cold steel of Finnish history to the modern metal stage.
